Dr. Marta Brocca - Specialist in Cognitive Neuropsychological Psychotherapy
Graduated in Psychology with major in Neuroscience and Neuropsychological Rehabilitation and specialized in Cognitive Neuropsychological Psychotherapy and master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology. She began her practice with a professionalizing internship at the Policlinico San Marco in Mestre and then continued at the Ss. Giovanni e Paolo Civil Hospital in Venice at the neurology operating unit, where she currently works as a neuropsychologist. At the same time, she also went into freelance practice while maintaining constant training in the field in neuropsychology and psychopathology such as, for example, specialized courses in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy for insomnia. Among the disorders mainly treated are anxiety, depressive, obsessive compulsive, eating, and insomnia disorders. Neuropsychological evaluation, on the other hand, is indicated for patients who are outcomes of acquired brain injury, neurodegenerative diseases, or neurological disorders, followed then by possible rehabilitation.
